How to do this workout

Do 30 seconds of each exercise in the lunge block then move straight onto the next one.  Rest for 30s at the end and then do 30s of each of the upper body exercises.  At the end of this block, rest 30s and repeat, then rest a final 30s and repeat the lunge block.  So it goes lunge block, upper body block x2, lunge block :)
