    find-more-signIn The Office Athlete workshop I introduced a workout using a simple resistance band.

    To make sure that you know exactly what you need to do, I have filmed a follow-along-with version of the workout, which you can view below.

    The workout was as follows:

    The Workout

    After a warm up of mobilisers, complete 45 seconds of each of these exercises with a 15 second rest in between each.  If you’re feeling frisky, dive straight into a second round :)

    • Press ups
    • Squat
    • RB Upright row
    • Lunge
    • RB Shoulder press
    • Lateral lunge
    • RB Lateral raise
    • Sumo squat
    • RB Front raise
    • Single leg deadlift (switch legs half way)
