How to do the Swiss Ball workout

Do each of these Swiss ball core exercises for 60 seconds, interspersed with 30 seconds of the lower body exercises.  Rest for 30 seconds at the end and then repeat for a 2nd round (you can increase this to 3 rounds if you like).  TOTAL TIME: 08:30
